RICHARD MARX ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM 'LIMITLESS' OUT FEB 7 THROUGH BMG

24 January 2020

Richard Marx announces his new album ‘Limitless,’ out February 7th 2020 on BMG.

‘Limitless’ is Richard’s first album of original songs in six years, as well as his first new release for BMG. Produced in part by Richard and featuring co-writes with Sara Bareilles, Richard’s son Lucas Marx and his wife Daisy Fuentes, ‘Limitless’ represents a new beginning for the celebrated singer-songwriter. While his last album ‘Beautiful Goodbye’ closed the book on one chapter of Richard’s life, ‘Limitless’ opens a new one. After falling back in love, remarrying and settling into a new home in LA, “I’ve never felt so intrinsically strong and optimistic about my future,” Richard says, and the bright, heartfelt pop of ‘Limitless’ reflects that feeling.

FireAid2020 announced to raise money for Southern HIghland community affected by bushfires.

8th January 2020

Singer/actor and local resident JOHN WATERS has called upon colleagues and mates to come together for a special concert that will raise money and spirits for the Southern Highlands community affected by the recent catastrophic bushfires that have ravaged NSW.

FireAid2020 will be held on Friday, 24th January at The Bong Bong Picnic Racecourse, Bowral. Gates to open at 2pm with the show to start at 3pm.  The concert will be hosted by Julia Zemiro and appearing alongside John Waters will be Darryl Braithwaite, John Paul Young, Megan Washington, Jack Jones, Margaret Urlich, Leo Sayer, Stewart D’Arrietta with the songs of Leonard Cohen and more. Justine Clarke will also join in to entertain the kids.  More names to be announced soon.

“All of us want to do something; but I realised I had the power of public recognition and that I had a lot of friends in the music and entertainment industry with a lot more of that power than me, and the idea of FireAid2020 ‘The Concert’ was born.

As much as raising funds, this FireAid2020 concert is about community spirit; about unconditional love for each other; about fire-in-the-belly action. Rock On Australia!” – John Waters

Net proceeds from this event will go to the Red Cross Bushfire Relief and directed to the Southern Highland division to directly assist locals affected by recent bushfires in the Southern Highlands and South Coast region.
